Buying a home can be a stressful time for anyone. Even more so in today’s market environment. Having a home inspection is an important step in that process. Do not think of an inspection in the terms of pass or fail. The goal of the inspection is to provide information- good, bad, or both. Information from a thorough home inspection report will guide you in making an educated financial decision. And choosing the right inspector for your needs is critical in this step.

I am a Massachusetts State Licensed Home Inspector and an InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector; also, I am a licensed Construction Supervisor in the state of Ma. I have been inspecting homes for over ten years now and I have been working on, in, and around residential and commercial properties for over 30+ years now. From foundation to frame to finish, I’ve had my hands in it all. In fact, if you grew up in the New England area, you might have seen or even touched my work. That totals over 40+ years of construction and inspection experience that I have to share with you.

Even with my background and experience my job does not stop there. Building methods, requirements, and standards are updated more frequently these days.
